I would like to share with you my thoughts about Aloe!
Aloe Vera is a medicinal plant that is native to Africa and can grow up to tow feet in length. The gel from the leaves is used as a skin treatment. A dried sap from the base of the leaf is used for internal healing. It’s very high in vitamins, minerals, and fatty and amino acids.
Aloe is an:
* Immune Stimulant
* Helps normalize blood sugar
* Soothing To Digestive System
* And other healing benefits
The gel helps to fight bacteria and helps to repair damaged cells caused from burns or other wounds of the skin. It is an anti-bacterial, Anti-septic, and Anti-fungal. The Aloe Plant is great to have around as a house plant to be used when needed for the healing properties of its gel. Works great for sunburns, if you get a little too much sun.
You can purchase the juice for internal healing. Aloe juice is great for ulcers, Crohn’s Disease and is a wonderful detoxifier. It also helps to keep the immune system strong and healthy. Aloe juice should not be taken if you are pregnant, nursing, menstruating, or bleeding internally. Never us it for extended periods of time. Should not be used more than a week at a time and not every day. This is something that can be taken periodically.
To use it externally, just break off an Aloe leaf from the plant and apply the gel that’s inside the leaf to burns or other wounds. The gel soothes, keep tissue moist, and restores body fluids.
An all around great plant to keep close by.
